  • Select Services Select Services and Set Preferences: After registering, choose the services you offer, set your work radius, and define your availability to ensure you receive relevant bookings.
  • Account Activation Account Activation: Our admin team will review your details and activate your account. This process may take 3-5 days to ensure all steps are completed correctly. Once activated, your profile will be live on Orderoo and ready to accept jobs.
  • Receive Bookings Receive Bookings: Start receiving bookings from potential customers in your area. Orderoo’s app features a user-friendly interface and intuitive search functionality, making it simple for customers to discover and schedule your services.

    • Customers book your services directly through the app, and you’ll receive instant notifications via the app, text message, and email. Payments are processed digitally and added to your in-app wallet, ready for withdrawal. Make sure to verify your phone number and email after signing up to ensure you receive all booking notifications promptly.

    • Orderoo offers two ways to accept jobs: through the Booking module (Hourly or Flat Rate) for instant bookings and the Tasks module for jobs where you can submit a customized bid. This flexibility allows you to choose the best approach for each job based on its specifics and your availability.

    • With the Booking module, customers can book your services instantly at an hourly or flat rate. This option provides immediate confirmation for straightforward tasks, such as house cleaning, beauty services, massage services, or other simple, on-demand jobs. The Booking module is ideal for services that don’t require extensive customization, allowing customers to secure a booking with ease.
      In the app, you’ll find two main sections: the Bookings tab for instant bookings and the Tasks tab for customized job requests posted by customers.

    How does the Tasks module work?
    • Through the Tasks module, customers post specific job requirements, and providers can submit bids with their proposed rates. This is ideal for complex or detailed jobs, such as deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, landscaping, or extensive handyman work. The Tasks module allows you to tailor your pricing and service approach based on each job’s unique needs.
      In the app, you’ll find two main sections: the Bookings tab for direct bookings and the Tasks tab for customized jobs posted by customers.

    If I offer a service through Direct Booking, will I also receive Tasks?
    • Yes, when you choose a service category for Direct Booking—such as house cleaning or beauty services—you are automatically qualified to receive Tasks in that category. This means that in addition to instant bookings, you’ll also have the opportunity to bid on job requests posted by customers in the same service category, allowing you to maximize your reach and earning potential.

    How will I know if my bid is accepted?
    • You’ll receive an in-app notification if a customer selects your bid. From there, you can confirm the task and finalize details with the customer. You can also check the status of your bid anytime under the "Tasks" tab within the Bookings section of the app.
